Foreign Exchange Currency Advisor

GFX Partners Inc. is a dynamic and growing company that offers Foreign Exchange Execution and Advisory Services to mid-size Canadian corporations. At present we have career openings for several individuals to join our as a Client Currency Advisor

We are looking for people with a very strong work ethic and a dynamic personality that feel at ease in making cold calls and talking to potential clients about their foreign exchange requirements. A prior knowledge of how the international FX markets work and a business degree would be a benefit in this position but is not a necessity; if you are willing to work hard we will provide you with training.

Short Term Duties:

Complete FX training program where you will learn the workings of the world’s Foreign Exchange Markets

Learn what makes a great FX Trader

Develop Client Acquisition skills

Start to develop your own client list

Longer Term Duties:

Grow a client base and meet company targets

Maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve profitability targets

The positions are for a 3-6 month probationary period at which time a permanent position may be offered

Qualifications:

Aggressive Driven Personality

Demonstrated Ability to work in unsupervised environment

A second language will be a great asset

Familiarity with web Based Trading Platforms

Familiarity with Government of Canada Money laundering and Terrorist Financing regulations
